The PS5 and Xbox Series X/S both went on presale this month, but PlayStation’s presale was a mess leaving fans confused and frustrated as most retailers were sold out by the official presale start time (Newsweek).
The Xbox Series X/S presale went much smoother, but also sold out quickly (USA Today).
